How to use it

Start ABI to FASTA Converter program by double-clicking the Abi2Fasta.exe file. Locate your ABI files and press the CONVERT button. A folder called Converted files' will be automatically created to store the new generated FASTA files.
Supported files
ABI to FASTA Converter supports all standard Applied Biosystems ABI chromatogram files: ABI, AB, AB1, AB!
